Norvergency ripoff! Newark New Jersey
Just like all the above complaints I to have been abused by norvergence. I signed up 10/03 had no idea I was signing personal & that no matter what I could not get out of this conract.
Norvergency installed the matrix box in february, 2, 2003 but did no get my phone services turned on until 04/23/04 so I started getting billed before I had service to only lose service on Monday 05/03/04 at 9:00am until wednesday 05/05/04 at 2:30pm. I lost thousands of dollars in lost income due to this. I also did not have cell phone access for two days as well. Plus so much more to list but I am exhausted. Instaed of saving a few dollars this has cost me thousands of dollars plus this nightmare 60 month trem at $465.25 totals $27,915.00
I am in the process of notifying all goverment agenices & media I need info on a class action law suit. Please some one help!
