I had my brother (who lives in Tucson) check out this firm and he indicates that they also operate under the name of Southwest Notary Services, as shown on the door to the indicated suite. When he told them who he was, and his relationship to me, he was told to "Tell your brother to be patient." Being patiend is one thing but I am owed money from June of 2004. This is totally absurd. For me it isn't the money (I stopped signing for them when my invoice went over 60 days) so my financial loss is not great, however, it is the principal of the whole thing. Trust is part of this business, and when people like this dupe notaries who spend their time, vehicle expenses and energy earning money for Notary America with no compensation, it is time they learned the hard lessons of life.
