Nouvalift Ordered sample with my debit card and then found out they took $99.95 from bank account and called them and tried to get my money back Internet
Seen advertisement for a free sample of facial cream , said only pay shipping. Thought that what it was ,so I ordered it and it automatically ordered another cream of eye serum and said it was 2.95 shipping and charged me 3.95. didn't think about it again until a couple of weeks later when I noticed I had money missing from bank account, I went to my bank and they printed off my transaction and I noticed this company took 99.95 from my account and I called them and I was furious and told them that they took my money without my permission and I wanted my money back , that it was supposed to be a free sample I was to only pay for shipping and the guy was like it wasn't a free sample. I told him that's not what there website said and I wanted my money back and he said that it's non refundable . I informed him that I would be filing fraud charges and hung up. Went back into my bank and filled out the paperwork for fraud but was informed by my bank about a week later that visa denied it and I couldn't get my money back
