If you want to be mislead and taken advantage of you should go to novum homes. Ryan Snow is one of the best con men I have ever met and he does it well. You don't know until the con is up that you got ripped off.

Ryan snow- fleeces his employees and his clients. He leads them in with a min $250 +/- dollar initial design fee and consultation. He then proceeds to get another $2500 +/- to do a home design. You are excited and it seems really cool to design your own home. Once you get to costs he shows you a guarantee of the "envelope" of the house and it fits the budget and the bank loan. What you don't know is he reduces the prices just to get the contract and tells you, you will get it done in 6 months. Wrong- You have only the bank loan time line, Not one from him with your contract. You are on the hook for the delays the fees for going past the loan and the additional funds you will have to pay for the fudged bids he submits. He promises everything. I worked their for 7 months. He swindled me out of $7000 + dollars and I am taking legal action. You will pay his management fee and never hear from him about your job once you do, His subs are owed $10s of thousands and they are not showing up because he doesn't pay. Get a complete client list Perry, Goodfellow, Angelkov, Nelson- asked them they are in a night mare situation and its getting worse. The only interest the company has is selling land and selling a management fee contract then your basically on your own. Plans were sent out to tiland to develope at $10 an hr. They have a designer in office now but hes going to get stiffed also. Its unfortunate hes a good guy. Candice Snow cooks the books Ryans wife. New Name same con its unbelievable. They have close to 24 clients about to be ripped off and nothing is being done about it. I have notified local authorities, state and fereral. With any luck these two will share a cell. Unfortunatly if your a client you are going to need to take on your own project. Deal direcly with the subs or get your own. Do not Pay Novum.

I have been in this buisness for over 30 years and i was left out of the sales side of things. I was in the feild trying to do manage the firestorm that was going on. It was not until i started getting feedback from the clients that i became sceptical of the process. I also learned that subs were being ripped off and not being paid. Thats why they would't show up. It is desqusting the blaintant deception these two use. Marco Diaz -spent time in jail ryan snow bailed him out may have been becuase of Pantheon but is unclear. Ryan is now the buisness lisence owner. These two are cut from the same cloth and are in this con together. Hidded fee's and overages you never see coming.

If you can get out now get out. If you are being put through the ringer now then call your local authorites. The local Building departments are on to him but what they dont know is the home owner is footing the bill not novum so you get it from both sides. Fee's fines and just a straight up CON game. Get an attorney it the best thing you can do.

They hired two guys to do what I was doing and they are green so dont expect much if your in the process of this con with these two. Novum Means- New thing, Its not. Its the same old "sure thing". the best is the " i want to build a corperation". He cant swing a hammer how is he going to build you a house let alone a corperation. He knows hes going to have to take this con on the road be cause their reputaion is now getting out. I hope this finds the right people and you stay fare away from these guys. Best of luck
