NSS Magazine ripoff fraudulent charge on my credit card for magazine I did not purchase fraudulent business CT
Although this company has a web site, I have never gone there.
A few weeks ago, A "pop up" showed up on my screen offereing a selection of three magazines for a year and if not cancelled at that time, I would be automatically renewed and then charged on my card. Credit card info was required. I do not know if this company was NSS and did not agree to any non-refundable fee or any other fee for the subscriptions.
I received my Visa charge card statement today and saw a charge that I did not make. It is for $6.oo. The comapnay is NSS Magazine and has a telephone number listed 877-813-0001. When I called the number, it had a recording stating that the charge was a non-refundable fee for placing an order for a magazine that I ordered. I didn't order a magazine with such a fee. This is a fraudulaent practice. The Bs should be put out of business.
