I've had this experience twice with this company, and I've been able to call the 1-800 number that shows up on my credit card statement and cancel the subscription. Both times I received a refund within 2-3 days. I do agree that their practice of automatically charging it to the credit card is shady, but it does say that (in small letters though!) Don't worry, just be persistent. Good Luck! If I could do it anyone can.
