After having major problems with my bank account this summer and it taking over 5 months to fix and much inconvenience...I finally got my new account up and running.

Since I have had bad experiences before with companies getting my check card number,I have been terrified about giving my check card out to anyone.

So today I called my bank to quickly get my balance and go on about my day, when I noticed these $1.00 authorization charges on my account (rememeber this is my BANK account)..so I waited on the line to speak with a representative.

They informed me that a company named NSS has preauthorized my card for this amount and if I didn't make these charges to call this number.

So I did, NSS claims that they do not have an account for me etc. I said why are these charges there and they can't seem to give me an answer, nor can they tell me how much the charges are actually for and when I asked to speak to the "billing specialist" that they said they are going to refer 'my problem to'they said they don't have a number for them and I will have to wait for them to call me back.

I told them that I want them to call me back immediately and they told me the best they can do is 48 hours.

I accepted and demanded that it be within that time frame or I will take this to another level.

Well I didn't wait, I have contacted my bank's fraud department, getting a new check card (AGAIN) and trying to get a block on this company and anything else that resembles this type of company.

Hopefully, by filing these reports we can get this company shut down and out of business. Be smart and aware, hope this saves someone else the aggravation it caused me.
