Justourkids - Elen'skids Child Modeling SCAM Cranford New Jersey
My wife & I were sent a fraudulent letter by justourkids.com and paid $595 for a 5 year "modeling contract" which we were so enthusiastic about, being we got so much attention for our beautiful and outgoing little girl everywhere we went. The agreement required us to update our daughter's modeling photo every 6 months. It was very disappointing not getting any potential jobs to start. After just 7 months in contract, when we tried to update our daughter's picture with the modeling agency that we were sent to by justourkids.com they would not take the updated picture because they were having communication problems with justourkids.com. Then, we attempted to contact justourkids.com to find out they are out of business and it appears that they are resurfaced as Elen's Kids.
We are so sad to have wasted the first year of our daughter's valuable life for chances of a future in this business to find out that we were scammed and taken advantage of. We are now contemplating filing a suit in small claims court or showing up at their apparent new office to demand our $595 back.
