Spent a lot of money to have 1996 Ford truck repaired & serviced for move to California . It appears that some of this work was done, and there is question that some of the work charged for, actually was not performed .. I left Texas but only made it to Arizona where as it was taken to a Sears store for warranty repairs, where as, it dissappeared. Yes a full size new truck just vanished.... This not only left me stranded in Arizona, but I was not able to continue to California and lost a very good high paying job. Doesn't do a lot of good to have a warranty if the warranty allows your vehicle to be stolen ??? Of course if the repair facility looses your vehicle and take no responsibility-guess what-they don't have to make warranty repairs. Sounds rather strange to me.Customers beware.......

This post should be removed. it is unfair to NTB/Sears. I even doubt this actually happened and if it did was it even reported to the police?

I really dont understand how you could possibly blame NTB for this problem. It sound like your vehicle got stolen. Thats what insurance and law enforcement is for. Normally, insurance will cover a rental car for this purpose so you arent stranded. You cant possible blame NTB for some random event that happened to you, and you also cant blame them for you losing your job. Most employers understand extentuating circumstances, and if they dont, they really arent worth working for.
