This company is predudice against canadians. I had called to place an ad in their directory. They took all kinds of documents to verify the company was legitamate and they even took my credit card information. Then once they realized I was a Canadian company they terminated my account. I called the vice president of the company to complain and she said, "sorry this is our new policy, no Canadian companies". After pleading with her, she stated its too hard to verify (even after I submited my vendors permit, and hydro bill?)
They have a few american companies stationed in Canada servicing Canadians. They refuse to let Canadians advertise in their Canadian section on the website! This is simply outrageous. I'm speaking with various international lawyers to verify if any international laws have been broken here.
