Nu Star Motors rip off THEY SELL CARS THAT ARE NEVER INSPECTED AT ALL Shingle Springs California
Nu Star Motors sells cars they do not inspect for engine problems or maintenence issues etc. We were sold a 99 chevy suburban March 18th 2005 and the car broke the next day March 19th 2005. The cost to fix the truck was almost $2,000. The warranty we purchased covered most of it except for the deductable and the rental car charges. We were without a car for almost 5 days and stuck in a rental car that was way to small for two small babies. Nu Star did nothing, they said they would detail our car for us, they did not. They said they would pay for our deductables for all the repairs, they did not. They sell cars that are not even inspected WHAT SO EVER. The sales person was totally incompetent and didn't even put the right information on the due bill.
Nu Star Motors does not return phone calls at all and pretends to be a Christian-Values company and they are anything but Christian. I wouldn't want what happened to me and my family to happen to anyone on this earth. They are completely unethical and the worst organization I've ever dealt with.
