NU-Way Realty, NU-Way Real Estate is a no way Englewood Colorado
NU-Way Realty promised that they would finance upto 5 deals for us in 18 months. Each deal was to be upto $250,000 including the rehab cost etc. When we first kept saying no they would call back and change the offer. It starte out 2 deals for $5,000. Then it was 4 deals for $10,000. Then it went to 5 deals for $8,500.00. They offered a 1% finders fee after closing. Then when the house sold we were offered a profit split. The split was from 20% to 49% profit we would get 30% of profit. From 50% to 74% we would get 35% of profit. From 75% to 99% we would get 40% of profit. If the home sold for 100% and up we would get a 50%. We agreed to pay $4,250.00 up front then after the sale of the first property NU-Way would deduct the other $4,250 from the profit split. We submitted over 8 properties until they excepted one. We wrote the contracts and took care of inspections etc. The property was to close on 12/27/2007. Guess what? They never closed and never answered our calls or faxes. They never even returned the calls from the Escrow Company. NU-Way failed to comply with the purchase contract and never reponded to the cure notice and the deal fell through. They breached the purchased contract and the contract they had with us and we are still trying to get our money. I would love to get involved in a class action suite. As long as the Lawyer is from Colorado. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Dynamic Real Estate Soulutions, AKA Nu Way Real Estate. Please file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney Generals Office. State Of Colorado Office Of The Attorney General 1525 Sherman ST 7th Floor Denver, CO 80203-1760 Lets get these crooks and put them out of business. I have read horrible stories about how they have devastated people lives. They need your help NOW, Not Later. Band Together and we can make it happen.

We just got an email from a company in Denever Co. They tell you that you use their money after training to purchase distressed properties. I looked in the BBB records and they say they have no company listed as L&L Ventures LLC. NU-Way has changed their name several times and I think they have done this again. DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! Check every place you can before anymore of us get ripped off!
