NuEra telecom had a service with nuera telecom and decided not to use the service any more for poor service.call so many times anb never get my deposit back. Internet
after cancelling my account, and waiting near a month to be refunded, i called three times and each time their CS says: deposit will be refunded in 5 days", one more time they said:"24 hours" and the last one they said:" 120 days".. they will take 120 day to refund my deposit , when i even asked to speak to a superior , they declined, i regret having such a poor service .
