NuEra Telecom Nu Era Tel Fraudulent practices, Incorrect claims, Representative mislead and cheat client to get their information Miami Beach Florida
Sales person called for offer but every time opened a new account charging my credit card. promised false refund promise. Sales person of this company search people from South Asia and call in their native language Urdu. Offer a good long distance rate to Pakistan. I opened account with them. After some time I got call from another salesperson who offered us lower rate if we close the account and open another account. He promised to give credit of old security deposit which is 38.95 to new account. Next time they offered to lower the rate by charging 3.95 transaction fee but charged another security deposit without refunding old one. Third time a representative Sultan Mirza ext 276 called and told me that old NuEra was actually UnionTelecom and now this is new management. If I agree with him he will transfer my account to NuEra and get me both security deposit refunds. He charged my credit card again with 38.95. He has promised to add credit to my account within 7 days. He also gave me cancellation numbers:. He also gave me verification number NT001183772 That never happened. I called customer service number 858-768-2396 and talked to him. Everytime he told me that he is still working on it but that never happened. This company's salespersons use fraudulent and misleading claims to get credit card numbers from customer. They also use fraudulent techniques to force client to agree with verification calls and promise new rate will come from their special promotion which is lower than company rates. They pass on phone numbers to other salespersons who call again and again and try to cheat clients again. They use blocked number calls most of the time and try to get credit card information or any new cell phone number with attractive but false offers. I want to close my account and want my 3 security deposits back. I have called customer service and talked to Ext 276 several times so name of the person may be incorrect but person is correct. Please save customers from fraudulent practices of this company.
