In July 2011, I have bought an item from an ebay professional retailer with 14071 sales, 99% satisfied clients. Clients were informed they would not be delivered before 7/ 22 market days. So the message was to keep confident and be patient.
After 30 days, nothing, so I contacted the seller, who very quickly asked me whether I wanted a refund. As he seemed honest, I gave him a second chance, which kept me waiting more than 45 days from buying date. Nothing arrived. EBAY
and PAYPAL do not offer possibility of litigation after this date.

 I can not leave a bad evaluation on EBAY as the bought item has disappeared from the board. I can show evidence that I am telling the truth in case the seller accuses me of being a bad client.
