Nutralane Internet Purchasers Beware of NutraLane and GNS and ReservXP Arvada Colorado
NutraLane, ReservXP definitely is not Free! Even if you read everything carefully and only pay the shipping and handling of $4.09 and then you call in time and cancel the order, then you receive the "Return authorization number" , then return the product...they only give you back half? I paid $82.22 and returned one of the bottles...Guess I was supposed to know to save both bottles? The Return policy and the invoice with the order does not qualify or explain this process. They are very quick to send rebuttals on every report, which only indicates how many complaints they may have?
I cancelled my order on April 18, 2009 and received a cancellation number. The customer service representative did not tell me about any information about a return or a return number at that time. I was charged May 19, 2009 for the $82.22 and then was told about the return practices. This Nutralane is very good at this practice and I will not be purchasing anything online except with a money order. No more credit card scams!

We understand that you returned your shipment and received a refund for half the amount that you were billed for your trial order. In order to receive a full refund we must have all the merchandise returned to us. Just as if you purchased something from a store, in order to be reimbursed you have to bring that item back in to be refunded. Apparently we received only one bottle returned out of the two bottles that were ordered and you were refunded accordingly. In addition to my complaint... According to the BBB in Colorado, Nutralane has had 1044 complaints, including 194 for False Advertising, 307 for Billing, and 251 for refund issues. Add me to the growing list.
