NutraShift Overpriced and will charge you even after you cancel! Salt Lake City Utah
I ordered this product - the Garcinia Cambogia Pure Extract and Premium Cleanse after seeing an ad and some great reviews on it - of course endorsed by Kim Kardashian (although not the reason why I bought it - had more to do with the reviews that it does work). I used the product as directed and nothing happened.
I then noticed I had to $80 charges to my account and was very confused. I called the company and they explained to me that what I had received was a trial period and now I needed to pay the full price. When I told them the product was doing nothing for me, he asked if I was following the directions and dieting. Well golly, if I was dieting more than what it instructs, then heck I would have lost weight! Anyhow, he told me he could take 50% off and instructed me to continue with it until 2/9/15 and if I still didn't care for it to call and cancel. I did. The gentleman kept trying to persuade me to stick with it and would discount it even further, another 20% off. Really?!?!? I said no thank you, please just CANCEL my account.
I received an email stating that my account was cancelled. I thought that was it.
Well low and behold, I have two more charges to my account of $45 each and posted after I cancelled the product. Now I have another shipment when I do not want to continue with the product! Called them again! Oh - there is no reason to send it back for a refund because they don't want it. Well I want my money back! Then she tells me ok well you can return it, I have to pay for shipping - ok whatever, fine - and a restocking fee. What?! After letting frustration out (and I know it isn't the poor customer service employee's fault) she then says, oh there is no restocking fee. Hmmmmm....
Needless to say I am shipping the product back but then I need to call them in a few days with my tracking number to ensure they received it and only then they will refund my money.
Do not buy this product!! Even if it did work, it is overpriced, they don't tell you the full details (not even a packing/direction slip). They scam you out of the money, only reduce the price when you call and make a racket and then still charge you after you cancel!! Buyer beware.
