we sent our Elektronik MSA3004I Scale to your company and paid $461.85 per CC. Adam told us that it will be returned after 7 days. its been now 2 years and we still haven't received out product back yet. During this 2 years; we been trying to contact your company, And we either had no answer or we reach a Women who once claims that she only a Receptionist and sometimes claims that she is in customer services. she takes my messages or forward my call to Adam's VM who I'm starting to wonder if he actually exists or not. after speaking to adam, he played like a Dumb and put mew on hold and then told me that after 1 year and a half of trying to charge my credit card he get tired and through our scale away...$9K value and then started speaking German and being rude and telling me. stop calling; we don't have your Item in the building.

the Bottom line is don't do business with this company neither the ADAM ADRION NYDAM. they will rip you off

Also, We never got his credit card information. SO HOW COULD WE CHARGE IT!??

lets remember there are 2 sides to every story!

OK,
lets recap, per his words exactly then told me that after 1 year and a half of trying to charge my credit card he get tired and threw our scale away

He sends us an Elektronik  MSA3004I for repair, 
We receive it on  05/12/10, we do a free evaluation fax & email him a quote 05/24/10 and wait for their approval.  We did a courtesy call on 06/02/10 and left a voice mail, we called again on 06/10/10 and spoke to Jamie
and re faxed and emailed the quote . On 06/15/10 & 06/18, we did more courtesy calls and got voice mail and left a message. On 06/23/10 Jamie called but with a verbal to do the repair. We explained to him that we need the quote
signed for approval that we do not take verbals over the phone and that he needed to fill out the credit card form for payment once the item is repaired and ready to ship back.  We did receive the approval for the repair signed
by someone named Amber but we never received the credit card form filled out with the information for payment. We called and left several messages (way too many dates to list) trying to get payment for a year and a half, just like he
mentions himself, how long are we supposed to wait to get paid for a job completed? We never did receive payment so why would we ship it back to them?! We still had to pay for the parts to for the repair and pay the technician.

I guess by us never getting paid for a job, makes us a SCAMMER, FRAUD, RUDE AND RACIST, what does it make them for approving a repair and then never paying us for it and then calling us back over 2 years later wanting their item returned and then verbally harassing and threatening the employees all day long for weeks.

Seriously, how are we RACIST? I dont see how RACE comes into repair a piece of electronics.

This is just a DUMBA** customer!
