Mark!
So you very finally stopped hiding, huh? How's that 'auto accident'? That you were severely injured in?
Or are you still claiming you're not Mark Flores? Okay. Here is the website registration for your Oaktree website:

Here is the website registration for e-termlifeamerica.com.

Here is Quotesource's website registration:

Would you look at that! All owned by Mark Flores!
And to think that you are telling these agents as' Matthew Jackson', that the company was formed in 1999? But you just started the website on the 7th of February 2013. Odd.... I'm sure your response is... 'We created a new site!' right? Where's the old site? Let's see the registration records.
Still in denial? I have the Oaktree Direct Brokerage Virtual Agent Position Outline that you sent to one of the agents. At the bottom, after speaking about the 'fully refundable $500 lead security deposit', your website was at the bottom. Moreover, the phone numbers you included in that outline were fake.
PS - When am I going to get my money back that you still haven't refunded?
OAKTREE Direct Brokerage
Albuquerque,#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

My name is Matthew Jackson and I am the owner of OAKTREE Direct Insurance. I was notified today of a complaint filed on this site against my business. Very simply stated, this report is an abolsute HOAX. My company and I have no relationship, affiliation, any dealings with or knowledge of the persons and business being metioned in this report. Further, I am deeply concerned and quite frankly sickened that someone can post such information with seemingly no qualification whatsover to do so. Whatever information provided here was clearly not researched or investigated in any way shape or form, as had that actually happened it would have been quickly shown that the information is ironeous. I have never seen nor have any experienece with this site. Again, I was only directed here by an associate who had come across this false information. I would like to make VERY clear that neither myself or any representative of my company was notified in any way, shape or form by this site or poster that this information was being reported. This report was apparently filed with NO investigation of any kind and just immediately posted to the internet. As I said a moment ago, my company was given absolutely NO opportunity to respond to this information, provide any sort of response prior to it being posted... NO opportunity was provided to us. Whoever has posted this information has either grossly mistaken my business for some other business or party or is intentionally and maliciously attempting to harm my business, based on entirely false claims. My business has enjoyed an impeccable reputation for many years now and let it be known that we will immediately proceed with the process of addressing this information and having it removed. That having been said, I'm concerned with exactly how we'll quickly be able to do so, as this company states that these inquiries, whether HOAX or factual, cannot be removed and are a "permanent record" on the internet. My ending comment, before proceeding with action momentarily, is to have it understood that apparently on this site someone can post any information they want whether HOAX, factual, honestly mistaken, etc. The party being reported is NOT notified before the information goes directly on to the internet, there is NO investigation prior, there is NO chance of responding before this information goes to the internet and your business can be very seriously harmed and reputation damaged and you might never know anything about it until a colleague or associate happens upon the it and chooses to share it with you and then you end up with a sickening surprise. NOT exactly a fair process to my, or any other, business. This report is simply a malicious HOAX.
