Hi Linda, I have been doing research after research on this same problem. My mobile home is a Chandeleur Home which also known as Oakwood. My mobile home is just completely falling apart. My walls in the entire back of the mobile home are soaked! They are so wet that if you barely put any pressure against, you will put a hole in the wall. Matter of fact, just from opening the back bedroom door I now have a hole in the wall because the door barely touched the wall and it pushed it in. All through the back of the home you will see indents in the wall, the trim work and walls buckled and staples actually coming out of the walls. My ceiling looks like ripples in water as it is buckling as well. My light switch in hall has completely come dettached from the wall because of the sheetrock being wet. I mean it is just ridiculous!!!!! I can forward you alot of info that will be helpful in your situation. If you would like to send me your email address I will forward this to you. Hang in there and dont give up. Just because we and others couldnt afford a brick home doesnt mean we deserve a poor built shack! And I hardly think that a home that I will have paid 99000.00 after being paid off should look or have the same qualities of a shack!
