OAN Services, Inc. was purchased by ACI Billing, a division of Avery COmmunications in August 2001, and company name was changed to ACI Billing. Charges and other business are still billed/invoiced under the OAN name by some carriers. Two Phone Numbers you can use to contact them: 818/678-4626 - Corporate Front Office 800/944-9646 - "Customer Service" If the OAN charges are on your phone bill, file a complaint with your telephone company, and contest the charges and refuse to pay that portion of your bill each month. Create/Provide a paper trail (i.e. fax, e-mail, letter, etc.), to prove you have attempted to cancel/correct the charges.
