I also was charged for the Directory Assistance in Nevada (702) 555-1212.for a 3.0 min call that never happened. But after persistant e-mails I was credited back for my calls. You have to just approach them in a way that they will know you have done your homework and have seen these rip off reports, and will not take no for an answer..even if it means going higher up. Ive been fighting with 9 or ten different companies that tried sticking my phone bill with extra charges..and through persistance I have recieved credit back from all but 2 of them. Funny thing I found out doing all this research, is that most of these companies all end up being one in the same. Good Luck
