Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a car from Vijay almost a year and a half ago. Although, he managed to save me a few percent points off original interest rate, there have been many problems with the car. First of all, the air conditioning didn't work. He had his "ghetto" mechanic "fix" it. I say "fix" because it only halfway works. Sure, cool air comes out but, the climate control feature doesn't work. I can't set it to say, 72 and the car maintains that temp. I have to abandon that feature and just leave the air on full blast. Since I live in San Diego, I had to drive back and forth dropping it off and picking it up. He told me he would deliver the car once repaired but, soon came up with an excuse why he couldn't. Second, when I removed the dealer plate cover, my license plate was missing the current year tag. I had to pay a fee at the DMV to get a replacement. Third, when I took the car in to get the oil changed, the oil pans threads were stripped out. Now, I have to replace the oil pan. Also, when I took it in, I had them change the transmission fluid. The fluid in there was absolutely filthy. At the dealership they almost never wash the cars. They leave them near the sprinkler system, leaving a nice layer of calcium build up on the paint. Fourth, a couple of months after I purchased it, the VSA light is stuck on. What other expensive repair is that going to be?! An ACURA shouldn't have this many problems, this car was clearly not taken care of or maintained well while at the dealership. I already just had to replace the starter and front brakes. Fifth, I also hear a clicking sound when I turn right. It sounds like a roller coaster. It turns out it's either the driver side axle but, most likely it the outer CV boot. A pain in the a*s to repair. Sixth, the heated seats also didn't work. he agreed to fix them and did, but when I got the car back, the center console was chewed up, missing bolts, and missing the drink holder cover.

Over all. I am very unhappy with this purchase and wouldn't recommend this shady dealership to anyone. Go to a real dealership and only buy a certified pre owned vehicle. It may cost a bit more but, worth it. Why do you hound people to give you a review when you knowingly sell them a car with many problems? There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company! Many people have had a very similar experience as I. This deception is obviously a premeditated criminal act. This kind of business preys on people with less than great credit and should not be allowed to blatantly mislead customers. I urge all of you to report this company to the BBB even though their rating is purchased. I urge all patrons of this business to report them to news organizations so as no one else falls victim to predatory sales practices as demonstrated by Vijay and OC IMPERIAL MOTORS.
