I am a clinical scientist and therapist that also works from time to time in business and estate planning. I have approached several medical clinics, including physicians and personal collegues that i have close ties with. One such collegue did a background check on what appear to be principals in this company and got back to me with a cautionary warning to look deeper into the credibility of this funding organization before I go forward with any transaction especially with close personal associations of mine.
