Do not buy from these creeps at Ocean Honda San Juan Capistrano in Dana Point !!! Their contract says you can cancel early, with penalties/fee. I took the car back and dropped it off 24 hours after taking possession of it, due to me realizing as soon as I got it off the lot that the protruding headrest was compression my head into my spine and forcing my chin down into my chest. The seat simply didn't fit with my height and was causing me IMMEDIATE NECK, SHOULDER, AND BACK PAIN. The General Manager, PATRICK PETERS, refused to take the car back and told me, GET THIS : "Some people with the same complaint just take the headrests off, or turn them backwards". In order for General Manager PATRICK PETERS, of Ocean Honda SJC, to earn his commission, he would rather I : 1- finance and drive a car that is causing me obvious spinal injury and extreme pain, similar to WHIPLASH or.... 2- remove the headrests or "reverse them" so that I have NO neck or head support at all, and will likely break my neck and/or die or become paralyzed in the first fender bender that occurs. * The priority of OCEAN HONDA SJ Capistrano in Dana Point, CA , and PATRICK PETERS, is to make a commission, and there is NO CONCERN for SAFETY or CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In fact, I received several annoying phone calls from this dealership before THEY HIRED A TOW TRUCK AND DUMPED THE CAR ON A PUBLIC STREET outside my condo complex !!! * * * BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, I AM NOW LEFT TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY and stuck with a horribly designed car that I cannot drive !! * * *

That was a pretty quick determination!  Did you even bother to take the car for a test drive before purchase?  What were the terms of the return policy?
