Ocean Moving and Storage Lost my stuff, didn't inventory the boxes right so I can't claim them... AVOID these Movers Pembroke Park Florida
From the moment the movers stepped into my home I got a bad vibe, they where rude and unprofesional. They added 200$ to the stimate and they wanted to charge extra for every little thing. And it looked like they where doing a sloppy job inventorying.
The delivery guy was someone different and it was just him so he expected me to help. When we checked the inventory I realized that we where missing a big baby gate that I had paid a lot for and a box full of expensive college books documems and pictures. Worst of all is the box wasn't even in the inventory list and I know they took it.
The delivery guy said he was going to check his inventory at the warehouse and he was going to call me back. Two weeks passed and no call. I called the company and they told me to talk to the delivery guy. I kept in touch witeh the delivery guy for and I kept getting the run around from their office too. At the end I never got my stuff because they said I should have done a report when nobody even mentioned that before. The claims person was pretty rude about it and said I should have known, I don't do this everyday like they do. I was relying on them to do their job. So I overpaid for crappy service and they lost priceless stuff.
Avoid this people at all cost.
