Complaint Review: Oceanside Malibu Transitional Living - Malibu CA California

 please do yourself a Favor and don't come to this Treatment Center. The staff are all bunch of incompetent people. Dave and Kathryn the owners of this place only care about Your money. Once they Run your insurance for a whole a lot of money they will be kick you out in 2 weeks. Once they get their money they will kick you to Sober Living at Always Hope another facility they own. They have med room on this sober living. They are breaking all the rules by The Health State Department. They will force you to go to meetings only to be yelled at. They don't have any food. The location is up in the hills in the middle of nowhere. And If you need to go to the store nobody can take you. You will be a one lonely depressed

soul. Only bound to relapse again and end up into square one at Oceanside!! The staff at Oceanside most of them have expired registrations. The guy that runs the groups Joie Blaney doesn't have a An Alcohol and Drug Counseling degree. Please don't sent your loved ones here. All the staff here treat you like you're trash. The ladies in the office Ryan and The other lady Jennifer give nothing but attitude. Like they're very unhappy working here. I felt so depressed. Asking for my meds was like pulling teeth. Because all of them are supposedly busy but yet they have time to be eating checking their Facebook. So much for Clients coming first. I am extremely disappointed by choosing This Treatment Center. Dave allows

all this staff to whatever they want. The Supervisor Phillipps Downing is very unethical. Flirting with the woman there. Arguing with his girlfriend that is also a staff. Please people don't trust this staff with your health. They don't have a clue about Addiction disease. Every time I went to ask for anything Phillipps the Supervisor there will yell at me and tell me to go back downstairs that his busy. By busy he means flirting with all the woman staff there. So much for caring abou is the clients. Let's not even talk about the chef Inga her food is so bad. By the time you leave this place you will be 50 pounds heavier. The chef doesn't even Greet you properly. She plays her music very loud and when she is done cooking she

leaves the food there for hours. doesn't even bother to cover the food. Won't even tell us the clients that the food is ready. A few times I found hair on the food. This chefs doesn't even have the proper credentials. They hired this lady from Craigslist. Please people this Treatment Center take your health as a Joke. This place needs a lot of work to meet all the Health Department Compliance Rules. The other lady Ryely is not a nurse. That's so scary. She handles medication and gives out meds to the clients. She is not a nurse. Yet she acts like she is a doctor. I don't trust none of this staff anymore with my health. Josh the staff is always yelling at everyone. Treats us like we are in jail. This saddens me. I am

very dissatisfied with my stay here. The whole House here is scary dirty. Very filthy. They don't wash the linen. Everyone here is allowed to have dogs. The dogs throw up everywhere. The couch is donated by Pamela Anderson. So just imagine that? This whole place needs to be shut down and they need to hire new staff members that are passionate and can meet their job standard. Also have the proper credentials. I am taking my business to another Treatment Center near by that are ver happy to have me. Also FYI the staff here is known to steal your belongings and cash, Electronics when they search your belongings when you first arrive. Good luck with this Treatment Center. You will need it.
