Ocwen Federal Bank Services ripoff Customer NON Service Stall Scam West Palm Beach Florida
I am writing in order to find out why no one has been cooperative with our help in order to save my mother's house from going into foreclosure. WE have called more than five times and have got the run around, been put on hold, told me it's in forbearance and have charged my account extraordinary fees for being late to the extent that they have hung up on us.
We are willing to pay the house up to date and have got the run around again to the point now that we recieved a letter from Wells Fargo saying it is in foreclosure. I can't understand this because we were willing to make good on the house and now it's in foreclosure.
I am in the middle of refinancing and was told by my broker we have until November 30 to pay this existing loan. Recently I recieved a letter stating another bank has taken it.
I refuse to have this house taken away over something we can't even control. This is very unfair. We are willing to resolve this but there is no cooperation on the other end. I would appreciate some feed back on this matter as soon as possible.
