It's important that Ocwen's victims get compensated. It's a moral obligation to seek that compensation, not only for us, but for our children and for our society in general. I also feel gratified when I see a victim-to-be is rescued from Ocwen Hell. My congratulations for that! Ocwen is sufferinng some due discipline nowadays, and we all should persist until its end and the end of all predatory lending in our land. The Wall Street Journal announced (on June 24) that the gov. wants to finish OTS by renaming it: "Office of Housing Financial Supervision" (this is the new name they have in mind). The new entity should have more power and will be after abuse by seeking more "transparency". They too want HUD to be stronger and efficient. Last year, the old FL Banking and Finance Department dissapeared by merging with the FL DOI. I have learned the gov. ways to undo many wrongs. They simply dilute the old offices into new organisms to kill old deparments and minimize colective trauma. It makes sense. It is also very cynical; but it's true, I honestly believe. The Hanson vs. Ocwen class action looks very well, SLOWLY BUT SURELY progressing against Ocwen. I believe our governement knows the OTS and HUD would be implicated and wants to minimize the damage as much as possible. I urge all victims to join the lawsuit by sending out their Affidavits to Mr. Kweku Hanson, because there are many positive signs of our triunph over Ocwen Hell.

I am so happy that you read the "Rip off Report" before refinancing! You see, Just knowing that this site saved one family means alot. I am a victim of Ocwen after owning my home for almost 18 years. They auctioned my home on March 10, of this year-and guess who bought it? They did. I recently sent Mr. Hanson my affidavit notarized about what happened. Please everyone out there send him your story. I am still homeless with 3 children and spouse. Because this company has ruined my credibility, we can't even rent an apartment. After almost 18 years of equity in my home, the trauma and humiliation, we all deserve something but most importantly, we need to get rid of that company so they cannot harm anymore American families.
