Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff unfair collection practices and harrasment at work Orlando Florida
Ocwen has been calling and bothering me at work when they were told not to call my work. They sent someone to my house to discuss my account when I was only 45 days past-due. When the person they sent to my house got here he called Ocwen who I then talked to and made arangments with to pay by the next friday and I was told that was just fine. That sunday Ocwen was already calling me wanting money and then againg on Monday. I could call Ocwen everyday and tell them when I am going to pay, and everyday they will call asking when I am going to make payment. I'm tired of dealing with these people.

contact the office of "thrift supervision" (ots) and report them or get yourself an attorney and file harassment charges!!!!! ..Ocwen always cringes

In regsrds to your response regarding phone calls at your work place you do have the right to tell Ocwen to take your number out one time. They can't continue to call you at work. If they continue to call after you advised them not to contact the office of "thrift supervision" (ots) and report them or get yourself an attorney and file harassment charges!!!!! Ocwen always cringes when they hear that name!!
