We have to email Kweku Hanson, IMMEDIATELY, PRONTO, PRESTO, and ask him: "Please, hang in there. Stay with us until the end of our nightmare. You and only you, can be our main plaintiff in the class action against Ocwen Federal Bank HELL."
That California Mega Class Action against Ocwen smells like fish to me. They one to put together all the legal actions against Ocwen in one giant one in California. Important, poweful firms have joined to do it.
Look at recent history with the FB, HUD, and FTC, settlement. They are drinking the finest wine while making jokes about their victims. No real protection, no real justice for the FB victims, really. FB will pay pennies for all its crimes, and will not be obligated to admit its guilt nor declare its partners in crime (RICO)
Mr. Kweku Hanson, an honorable lawyer and family man, has been working, like a horse, under heavy stress, and never has asked us anything, only our Affidavits explaining our problems with Ocwen, and we have sent him proof that he has patiently received, studied, sorted, classified, and collected, for our defense. Many of us have sent the same proof to the FBI too, to no avail.
This man, ALONE, has faced for almost 2 years already, a powerful team of well paid lawyers doing every thing possible to steal time. Because our Leader, Kweku, is so great, and his intelligence, his dedication, are so clear, that the only thing Ocwen's lawyers has been fighting to get so far is: time, to hide, time, not to face the judge, not to face the American people, their victims.
Ocwen does not want to talk about us in the presence of that single great man, Kweku Hanson, who will never sell us. So they have been playing games to steal time while taking our homes and destroying our families, our marriages, our health, and our lives.
OCWEN IS SO RICO CRIMINAL THAT CAN NOT STAND CONFRONTATION WITH KWEKU HANSON.
OCWEN IS SO COWARD THAT IS GRAVITATING TO CALIFORNIA TO TAKE THE LEAD OFF THE HANDS OF OUR LEADER, KWEKU HANSON.
We can't abandon Kweku now, he needs us. Because he never abandoned us, he would never do it. We are his people. Kweku Hanson feels our pain. His heart wants Justice for the widow, for the single parent, for the homeless elder, for the distressed children. He will never do what others have done so far and want to do now, again. Many greedy low lives want to settle for a few dollars, wash Ocwen's face in the presence of the American people, and allow the Erbey brothers to keep their job of stealing our homes and our dignity.
No way, Jose. Enough is enough. Let's all send him an email or a letter (email is faster) so he can present our wishes (the victims wishes) to that panel. They got to know that Kweku is our lawyer, not only because it is our desire and our believe it will always benefit us; but also because NO MAN ON EARTH HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE FRUITS OF HIS HARD LABOR AWAY FROM HIM.

Hello: Mr. Hanson I am one of the first person who started talking about we need this lawsuit and how these scam artisit did us home owners. I know that it is hard and tiring but all good results come to those who suffered and I know God has not forsake us yet. I think what you are doing is so awesome and it will be a pleasure to see it at the end. I know victory will be ours just you wait and see. Ocwen flip my land with a thief who has stolen my property and sold it to some one else and these people even forgrd my signature to these documents. I am wanting more than ever to fight these scam more than ever. They even had the gull to file a phony credit report as if the home was forclosed when they allowed this man to have all kind of activity on my property.

Marlene: Thank you for your kind sentiments and your continuing support. This battle is not by me alone for some notoriety. No, I did not pick this battle: Ocwen and Moss Codilis and Litton forced it upon me, and I shall finish what they started. But the battle is (as my lawyer said in one of his court papers) of the people, by the people, for the people, to the end that homeowner peace of mind, lending institution integrity, and corporate accountability, shall not perish from the earth.
