We have been on time with our payments, this month we recieved our statement and our loan balance was higher then it was last month. Noone can explain but we were told by Jaun in custumer relations he would run an complete credit history. This is one small victory after we fought for 8 months to convince ocwen we had a fixed mortage and not a simple intrest loan. We have charges on our statement that no one has on there records. We are still fighting for 2 payments that we were charged twice for. Even with all our reciepts and proof we still cant get it strightend out. Today we were told ocwen found $1,300.00 in a suspence fund. But get this they also found we owe $200.00 late fees but agreed we werent late. I get e-mailed or a call back ever since I contacted ocwen on its site. This way I get a paper trail and can continue to pile up my paperwork. I also get a name and a e-mail address. They call back when you mention this site and your laywer.
