File a complaint with the office of the Attorney General "Dept of Justice" PO Box 944255 Sacramento CA. 94244-2550 (800)952-5225 or (800)952-5548 Atten Attorney General Bill Lockyer also OAG in NJ and Florida (below is the reply I received) The Florida Department of Banking and Finance has no regulatory authority over federal savings banks of which Ocwen FSB is one. Federal savings banks are chartered and regulated by the federal agency, Office of Thrift Supervision, which may be reached at 800-842-6929 or http://www.ots.treas.gov Request a Class Action Suit! Good Luck

Thank you for that info! We ALL need to fill out the forms and send them in! If they get enough complaints, they will have to look into the scams of Ocwen!
