To answer the persons response to why she will never be caught up. you are told you are on a forebearance plan. what you are not being told is that even though you are making your forebearance payments on time and the extra payments, you are still being charged late fees. so in actuality you will never be caught up.

I was informed of the friday when I called ocwen. I am trying to free my home from foreclosure, which started in january with 3,294 dollars and has gone up to $8000. in so called legal and miscellaneous fees. of course no one can tell you what the fees are for. they even charge you for their insurance claiming that there is no proof you carry your own.

one of the people who replied in this report says to write your state attorney. I have already tried that as well as the office of thrift. it appears whoever you write to it will be forwarded back to ocwen for response. and we all know how that turns out. we should not give up. there is a solution out there and if we all work together we should be able to claim our lives back. do not give up or give in.

first of all I hope this is a legitimate website. Not just someone having fun reading other peoples misery. I have noticed the title and some wording being changed from my original statement. we are people who are in serious threat of losing our homes or being made miserable trying to keep it. this is not a joke. Second, some of us like myself have already corresponded to our local and state representatives as well as the office of thrift, and know what the outcome of that was. for the people who live in california. you may want to look at notifying Maxine Waters, even though you may not be in her district, she may be willing to still help where other have sold you out. I will be sending a letter to her today. will anyone esle do the same. If we are going to do this we can't sit around, let's start now and keep going until we see positive results. you may look on the web for her address, she has her won website. If you are serious, I am willing to go along with the fight.
