Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Scott Sullivan, CEO, of WorldCom. was indicted recently for numerous corporate wrongdoings. It won't be long now before the Ocwen brass are carted out in handcuffs also.

The people who work at Ocwen particularly, the upper level management, are about as dumb as crack-addicted constipated laboratory rats.

Most of the people have a degree in stupidity and a*s kissing. The reason why the company is so down trodden is the people who run this institution should be in a state of mental institution.

Misapplied payments ala the inbred hillbilly cashiering dept. are not the worst of it. How about employees signing for large sum checks and then somehow "losing" the check about an hour later. Hmmm. The borrower then goes into default and quite possibly loses his/her home. Talk about double dipping.

Employees don't get promoted because he/she has any sort of intelligence. No way. You have to sniff, lick, maybe even bite, and then pucker up baby! No matter what the principles involved. There are no principles. That's why I left. I couldn't stand by and be a part of this shithole's unethical practices. Stay tuned.

Mr. Poop is completely correct. I know because I am a current employee of the "legal geniuses company" that are sub-contracted, i.e. tax shelter, for Ocron, I mean Ocwen. They sit on checks until you are in default, then play the shell game with your checks moving them from ridiculously made up accounts to another like "suspense accounts". The only thing held in suspense is the borrower wondering if they will loose their house or not. They try to bombard the bwr with calls and late fees, legal fees, etc, etc until they have no choice but to give up. Unfortunately, for Ocron and Moss Codilis, there is certain information that is being brought to the class action law suit that will knock the legs out of both companies, and the executive's probably aren't even aware of it. Like Mr. Poop said, the upper/middle management is the ignorant jackasses that have run the company into the ground. They try to say the move of the company to India is cost based. It should be as Ocwen has shown losses for the last ump-teen consecutive quarters, but it is merely a last ditch effort to avoid the legal ramifications of the U.S. courts and to hang Moss Codilis out too dry to take the fall for Ocwen. What would the customers of Ocwen say if they knew the Vice President of all Residential Loan Servicing (the guy responsible for every problem you have had with your mortgage) if they knew he started with the company only several years ago in the MAILROOM! This is the case for most of Ocwen's upper/middle management. Most of them should be wearing nametags and saying "Would you like fries with that?" Don't worry ladies and gentlemen, these companies will be out of business and the upper brass doing time. P.s. Mr. Poop, did you go to URI ???

I appreciate that former OCWEN employees have ethics and morals. As a victim of OCWEN, I cannot understand why and how they've been allowed to continue these practices. They have a company d/b/a AMOS. What is this company? Is this a charitable group, or what? Thank you for expressing your thoughts as an ex-employee along with us, the victims.
