Ocwen Federal ripoff West Palm Beach Florida
I have had numerous problems with Ocwen, they won't return calls and they don't post payments. I had to finally file bankruptcy to keep from loosing our home. Even that didn't work, I had to constantly take time off from work to go to court because they said I didn't pay. I finally gave up and put the house on the market. I received a letter from Ocwen listing several ways to avoid foreclosure, I contacted Ocwen and faxed all my documents to them. I was told we had time and to go ahead and sale. One week before our escrow was to close, I received a call from an agent and was told "to bad we can't sell it, it was hers to sell.
I made several calls to Ocwen all being told a different story. We had moved some things and when I went to get our refrig I was locked out.No eviction notice. This realtor for Ocwen just sold the home for the same price as we sold it.
I was told that price was to high. I once again contacted Owen and was told they got the payoff amount and arreages but would not state who got the extra!!!!
This company lies, steals, and is very dishonest. I know several people who have been ripped off!!!!
I have a husband who is on disability this sale was anew start for us, now we have lost everything. I was told they should of given us moving assistance, but I was never offered anything.
Mr. Lucero in the loan resolution department whom I spoke with about the sale, told me oh well, we all have problems. This is no way to run a business
