We experienced the worst customer service I've ever received.  Ocwen purchased our home loan from our original bank 4 months ago.  We never received any paperwork or notification of the change and were trying to get information and pay our mortgage.  Our payments were in limbo at our previous bank.  They refused to let us do this.  We were told different amounts depending on who we talked with at Ocwen for what we owed.  When I asked for a manager or other person, they refused to let us talk with them or have them call us back.  We asked for statement information or any details showing what was owed and the history of our account when they took that over, and would not email it to us.  They would only fax it, but we don't have a fax.  When we pleaded for them to help us and give us some information and/or allow us to make a payment on line, over the phone, or mail a check... they refused requiring we pay at a Western Union or Bank transfer.  We spoke with customer service rep Daphney and Chris who's ID was 490090.  This was the most frustrating experience of our lives.
