HELLO , GMAC AND OCWEN TRAINSFER OF ACCOUNT , DID NOT GIVE ME CREDIT ON MY PAYMENT ON A MORTGAGE , ON 170 CROOKED OAK DRIVE . KILLEEN , TEXAS , NO CREDIT WAS GIVEN SINCE 2010 , WHICH PEOPLE OF FCI TOLD ME THAT ,
I OWE $ 40,000.00 SINCE 2010 , SHOWING NO PAYMENTS , I HAVE PROOF OF ALL PAYMENTS MY BANK , USSA HAS SENT AND A COPY WHERE ALL OTHER PAYMENTS WERE GIVEN TO GMAC . SINCE 2010 , I HAVE PAID $35,000.00 TO THIS SAME
ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 7421203688 SAME FOR GMAC AND OCWEN . WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS MESS , I AM ON RETIREMENT PAY AND THIS JUST , PUT ME IN A VERY BIG HOLE , NOW ???

Ocwen has a terrible reputation for mortgage servicing. They are one of the worst. Protect yourself. Get a good real estate attorney to help you right away. By the way, it is not normal for the loan to keep the same account number when it is sold from one servicer to another. Get your records together and contact a good attorney right away. Make sure it is a good, solid, reputable real estate attorney and one that specializes in litigation (for the consumer). Good luck.
