Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My mortgage company Taylor Bean and Whitaker was taken over evidently (i was never notified) back in 8/09 and my loan was given to ocwen loan llc.......I have been in a fog with this company since.  I have requested on several occasions documentation of my new loan contract with this company or any paper work showing that they are servicing my loan......anything other than a monthly statement.....I am now fighting with them over forced insurance that they put in place.  I have carried my current policy for over ten years.....The information was never requested and when my insurance agent tried to give them the information by fax they refused.  They only wanted to get information over the phone.  Now I see why, so they can continue to claim they have never recieved the informatoin and continue to charge me for insurance.  Also how does a mortgage company put insurance in place that is double my mortgage?  Isnt that illegal?   I have now spent several days and many hours on the phone trying to get this company to put any and all statements in writing.  I have seen online there are several class action lawsuits in place.  How do I get involved with these?

OCWEN has already claimed 3 times that they have "tried" to do a modification for me. I supposedly did not qualify for the presidential mod after 3 months of sending the same paperwork over and over again. They then supposedly tried for an "in house modification" that they PROMISED would be approved before a foreclosure date would even hit and they lied. I am now on my 4th modification attempt and countless names.

BUT I FOUND OUT THEY ARE BASED OUT OF INDIA!!! THEY ARE NOT EVEN HERE ON US SOIL!!! One agent slipped and told me where he was time-wise. IS THAT LEGAL?
I want to get involved in whatever I have to do to keep me from losing my house.

We had a second mortgage that was owned by Ocwen when they purchase one of our original loans. It was small only $32,000.00.

Turned out, they were the worst company and were being investigated by ACORN and HUD for stealing the houses from the elderly, poor, and those who had purchased Habitat for Humanity Houses.

In our case they were foiled. They were our second mortgage not our first, as they thought and they had little power over us. But, they tried the same stunts.

  1. Not crediting our payments on

    their due dates as paid.
  2. Constantly sending fake

    foreclosure letters to intimidate us.
  3. Attempting to get us

to re-write a new loan with them, combining our 1st and 2nd

mortgage with them, attempting to get us to obtain an equity line of

credit with them as in 3rd mortgage.
  4. You may want to know,

that they are also known as Wilshire Collections. So if you are late on

your mortgage payments or didnt retain good proof of timely payments the

will turn you over to Wilshire Collections, and they will damage your

    credit rating.
  5. There is a large class

action suit against Ocwen and Wilshire Collections; you need to go to the

Federal Trade Commission, CLARKHOWARD.COM, to get the details.
  6. Also, both Ocwen and

Wilshire Collections will attempt to file a Frivolous 1099, tax credit

against you with the IRS, to ruin you with the IRS, and to gain tax

revenue for them. They pulled this stunt with us, for $8,000 but it back fired in their faces.

Americans should't have bailed the banks out, but should have taken them all over!
