Jesse, First find out who own's your house alot of time's Ocwen is just the payment processing center, not the owner of the note. If Ocwen is not the owner of the note(get your duck's in a row, paper work dealing with Ocwen and any tape's of phone conversation with Ocwen))then contact the owner and let them know what is going on I.E. how Ocwen tell's you one thing and does another. also make it clear to them "you what to keep you home" and Ocwen is making it very hard for you to do just that(they will loss the money on the home not Ocwen).again Ocwen alot of time's just process the payment so when they mess up you have to go to the boss(the note holder) they are the one that pay's Ocwen not you so if you want to get it done just go above Ocwen head(to upper management, I.E. note holder) Also contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMM F.T.C. they will investigate if and only if there are several complaintes on a company(so the more of us the better). Also start taping your call's with Ocwen,it'll show how they say one thing and do another great if you ever have to us it against them.I started using these and other stuff and it seem's to be helping.GOOD LUCK and don't give up.
