Ive fought with Ocwen for years. Ive suffered lots of expensive attorney fees. I've tried for a rate modification numerious times. First two times i didnt make enough money for a modification. Imagine that. Thats why i applied in the first place. Now that I'm retired I make too much money ! Really !!! I have never spoken to a person that speaks fluient english. They constantly loose my faxed documents or say they didnt receive them when they did ! What a preditory Rip Off. I've read the other complains and is absloutely amazing how a vast majority of victims have suffured the same from this company !!!

Well Jim you are something else. How dare you say the only whiners are the people that dont make their payments on time. I do believe you are trying to do damage control and it is not working. I know for a fact that there are homeowners who make payments on time I am one of them, and servicers do not apply them, or they put into suspense account due to messing with escrow calling it escrow shortage.

Once escrow is messed with that is a landslide to Foreclosure. We all know the servicers are not regulated and so they think they are above the law. We are in the start of another foreclosure crisis that is worse than the one in 2008-2010. The servicers are stalling modifications, and selling or transferring loans in middle of modification review then the new servicers are not following through leaving homeowner blindsided and scrambling or evicted and home sold when they were doing the right thing.

The other new trend is locking homeowners out illegally because home looks vacant. The property preservation gets in whatever means necessary changes locks, then empties home of belongings, even if there is no foreclosure sale or auction. Homeowner is at loss what to do.

Jim do your research before coming on here talking a bunch of nonsense.

I am in SC, and have big issues with these folks. I'm guessing from the tone of your rebuttal you may work for them. I have paid all my payments since coming to a mod agreement and only after fending off a 1st illegal forclosure. They have quote lost a payment, altho they cashed it, and have been marking me unpaid for many months, forcing me to again seek counsel to deal with them, and threatening foreclosure. I'm harassed with daily phone calls, my credit score destroyed, all for a cashed check they mishandled. A quick search online will turn up hundreds of complaints about "lost" checks from fed up consumers who have had enough of this servicing giant flout the banking laws with complete disregard or fear of lawsuits. They have broken many of the new servicing laws they are required to meet, and were recently sued and lost in Florida over a force placed insurance kick back scam, found to be in collusion illegally with the insurance company. Hang in there folks, and keep fighting for your homes!

....are those who defaulted on their loans by failing to do what they were supposed to do in the first place...make the payments ON TIME. They then come here to whine because they think they are ENTITLED to special treatment! The age of entitlement is upon us!
