OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC They have approved us for a loan modification, and have yet to get this done. Orlando Florida
I have read many, many reports on Ocwen from this site, and feel as if I know what every single person is going thru. We have been approved for a loan modification, and have had a horrible time getting them to finalize it. I just don't understand what the problem is.
Just as said in prior letters I have read, We have called at least once a week...and have yet to talk to the same person. I have wrote every name down and refer back to those people with each new person I get. We also have had to fax w-2's and pay stubs over 6 times. Initially we were given a date for the modification to be done, given an amount due, and told to wait for the paperwork to send any money. I did as requested.
I recently sent in a payment, since no one was obviously aware of what was going on, only to have someone tell me they were sending it back. I was told I could not send money in on the new loan, until I got a loan number and I could not apply money to the current loan, due to the fact is is an "old" loan. Here I sit with money to give, and no one is willing to send the paperwork, so I can send the money to get this started and over with!!
In the mean time, they are reporting us late to the credit bureas and ruining any chance we may have to get this loan refinanced with another reputable company!! Also I was told when this modification when into effect, they would remove all the negative remarks on out credit, and start over new! I have very serious doubts this will happen either. I'm scared for our future!
