Complaint Review: OCWEN - Orlando Florida

If you read what "Ritwick the Insider" wrote you will see for yourself a true blue Fake.If he works for Ocwen, and I say if, He more than likely is in charge of the bathrooms. How dare you!

At last, a new comment from an "Inciter" from Ocwen, and signed by none other Nitwit (sorry, Rixwik), confirming once and for all that Ocwen's borrowers are the problem, not the robber bankers at Ocwen. Sure, FAIRbanks Capital is in the news because it has been fair with the capital of its borrowers. The government is investigating Fairbanks because the government wants to compliment Fairbanks for its nice treatement of its customers. The game is over for Fairbanks (what an ironic name) and the pirhana plaintiffs class action lawyers have started circling. Rixwik or Nitwit or whatever you real name is. Are you guys still living in delusion? Do you still disbelieve that several workers from within your Orlando organization are starting to speak out UNDER OATH about your competence? Can you not hear the slamming of judicial gavels across the land in case after case against Ocwen finding you guys to be increading borrower payments by $1,000 PER MONTH for absolutely no reason? Some folk like Hitler stay delusional about their power to control everyone else, even when that power starts slipping. Sure, there is a core group of loyalists at Ocwen who will defend your practices, even from a penitentiary. But, have you abosultely no moral fibre of decency in your body that you have to steal from widows, single parents, senior citizens and the rest of us your fellow Americans? SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. WHAT WOULD YOUR MOTHER SAY? Judgement Day is coming for you faster than you think. Once again, MANY lawyers who represent ripped-off Ocwen borrowers, MANY Ocwen borrowers, MANY past and a couple of CURRENT employees (yes, even terrorist camps do have defectors), and LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, as well as some Congressional folk, are starting to take Ocwen's bullying and stealing seriously, thanks to the Fairbanks expose by CBS News at this website's Fairbanks complaints. Have A Nice Day, and GOD Bless You (because when evildoers are blessed by God, it usually leaves them blinded and then changes their hearts. Just ask the Apostle Paul or the Disciple Matthew.

I am going to cut you some slack here because you are obviously still under the influence of the evil Planet Ocwen. The drugs that Ocwen dispenses daily must work very well on you. You know, the drugs that seem to allow its employees to truly feel that they are not doing great harm to other humans. The unfortunate side-effect of these drugs are the complete inability of Ocwen employees to count, tell time, or even know what day it is. This drug also supresses any sense of right and wrong and all human decency. The atmosphere of Planet Ocwen bends time and space, the laws of physics do not apply. This feature creates late payments by the millions. A remarkable thing happens when Ocwen employees get away from the drugs and atmosphere of Planet Ocwen. They develop a conscience! Their eyes are opened and remorse sets in. It is truly amazing to see. Read these posts, a few folks have actually admitted that what goes on at Ocwen is WRONG! Ta-da! There are lawsuits all over the place against Ocwen. Honest companies do not get sued every day. It sounds as though some reformed Ocwenites may be willing to help some of Ocwen's victims. Oh, my. Will you be able to stand up to that kind of scrutiny? Ocwen will not; that is a given! I am actively pushing for legal reforms that will hold employees accountable for doing the work of the devil for their employers. Judging by the posts here, Ocwen employees DO know that a lot of what they are doing is wrong. It is openly discussed in Ocwen's offices every day. Ocwen engages in systematic and planned abuse of the law and consumers; Ocwen employees KNOW what they are doing is wrong, but aid and abet Ocwen for 5-6 years at a time. This is wrong and needs to be addressed in our legal system. You will have quite a job convincing anyone that Ocwen is an honest company. It is just a filthy rich, immoral company and feels that its money entitles it to trample on human rights, human lives, and break the laws of our great country. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! Ocwen is going down, down, down. If you do not wean yourself away soon, you will go with it. That will be your choice. Just don't get in this forum and whine about how Ocwen "deluded" you. You are working for these devils of your own free will and probably with full knowledege of the wrongdoing taking place. Ritwik, you will soon be faced with the choice of either boarding your spacecraft and returning to Planet Ocwen forever, being without a job, or moving to India. Ocwen will cut you loose in a heartbeat when it is done with you. There will be no severance pay or remorse or even gratitude on Ocwen's part. You will be just one more human being ruined by the evil Ocwen!

In response to the various reports posted about OCWEN, this is what I an "INSIDER" have to say: OCWEN follows all the rules in the book, in accordance with FDCPA guidelines.Whenever you are charged fees or late charges on the acct....that is because YOU have failed to live up to your commitments according to your mortgage documents.....and so you are rightly being penalised for it.It is very wrong to say that OCWEN holds up your money and does not post it until you are late........Once we receive the money from you, we are more than happy to post it on your account! THAT JUST LEAVES YOU, THE BORROWER, WITH ONE THING: "Send the money on time, or else pay the late charges and associated penalties" Nothin wrong with that.
