Get ready, Boz, to be tarred and feathered. You are all over this board and I usually ignore you, but you have crossed the line with this smart-assed commentary! Since you seem to be a big Ocwen supporter (and possibly an employee), you must already know that Moss, Codilis never was a law firm in the first place. Moss, Codilis was a collection agency owned by a group of lawyers who passed themselves off as a law firm and worked right out of Ocwen's headquarters. They illegally extorted and stole thousands of dollars from struggling home buyers. Collection agencies are not allowed by law to ask for and/or collect legal fees. Duh! Any money sent to them by this family falls under the category of "ill-gotten" gains. What was in it for Ocwen?? Well, since Moss, Codilis worked there, perhaps Ocwen got a little rent from this collection agency? And perhaps a little more besides in the way of "bonuses"? Ocwen has a history of foreclosing on high equity homes. Ocwen has a history of making bizarre "mistakes" that always culminate in someone being put out of their home as Alexander and his family were. Misappropriated payments as in escrow accounts are high on the list of bizarre mistakes. Ocwen has a history of destroying credit ratings (thereby ensuring that no one can refinance away from them). Ocwen has a history of sucking all the money it can from its victims and then foreclosing. There is not enough money being printed to satisfy Ocwen's voracious hunger. Alexander needs to Google for lawsuits...Ocwen has a big one brewing in Cook County, IL. Another one in Pennsylvania; Ocwen has been named party to a $1.5 BILLION lawsuit. Yep, that is BILLION, not million. Alexander should gather his records and get on board. Ocwen is the scum of the earth and evidently employs trolls to send inane messages to message boards. Boz, go check your stock; it is falling a lot lately. Then pull you head out of your nether regions and go get a real job; yours will be outsourced soon (if your pet company even survives the legal storms)!

this is texino. I often commit murder made legal but never tar and feathers. Please tell how they stole wife's legacy? How much was it? Is there any way shape or form that you could describe you home as a manifactured home? To be driven from your home implies that your were either put into some kind of vehicle and given a ride or cowboys came and drove you away like cattle. Which was it please? Usually, if you pay all your bills on time, you will be ok. So what we need to do is find out where your mistake was and take it from there. If you did everything OK, fine, but if you messed up it might be more difficult. Let us know
