Complaint Review: Ocwen - Orlando Florida

The wave of despair has just about peaked and will soon crash on the illegal, and immoral acts this company has been allowed to perpetrate on American Homeowners. It occurs to me that Ocwen is just the front for Main Stream companies to gleen enormous profits from the acts that Ocwen performs. Keeping their skirts clean companies like Chase Manhattan, Lehman Bros and others allow companies like Ocwen to exist. Ocwen buys loans from originators like a loan "garbage disposal" discounting the loan on the front end and robbing the borrower on the other side. Originators that make unlawful loans that break federal or state law are happy to rid themselves of these liabilities and Ocwen is happy to aquire them if they think they can make money from the loan. The Nazis is Germany harvested the gold from victims teeth and catagorized the value of each victim alive (work produced vs. upkeep ie food ) against their harvested value. When the scale went to the fatal side it was off to the showers. When Ocwen has stolen as much as it can from late fees, forebearance plans, forced insurance, etc then when the balance shifts it's off to foreclosure. Bastards. I will fight them until they are out of business.

Robert, All you tell is our story: forgery, false documents,deceit, etc. etc. Do not dismay since you are not alone. Almost all of us have proof, our decency, our pride, the reputation Ocwen always try to destroy..But we are an Army and we will prevail. I also write, and write, and write, and write,.. and write. Hang in there. I have aged, too, 20 years. But we have aged together, and we already have the wisdom that Aging before time can offer. I found out that dying because of this misery is not that easy. The only alternative is FIGHTING. I and all of us know many firms and people that will respond some day. It will be sooner, not later. (Never afraid)

I want to make one thing clear. All the fictious Business's who assited in Ocwen Bank. These companies who were used as cover for Ocwen like Cal Western Reconveyence in San Diego. They were the ones who had total control of this illegal forclosure presented to me las Feb. 29, 2002. They new this action was illegal. They along with these people who notorized documents were all Made up. Never any signatures accept one and Cal Western stated that everything Ocwen was doing was AOK. Without errors. This is after I provided proof that Ocwen Bank was in error. Yet they plowed full steam ahead fully aware of this injustice. Cal Western also is a loan company of some kind and just to get in you had to be buzzed threw all offices including the bathroom. I wonder why? How many of you are familar with These guys? They are right up there with Ocwen and will be brought to justice. All you Ocwen Realty Advisors, You too are not excluded

They may be listening... I really don't know. A much better question would be: Are they doing anything about it? And if not, Why? Do they really think we're making all this up just to amuse ourselves?

I want all the Employees at Ocwen that listen to us at this Web site and realized that something was really really wrong with Ocwen Banks Actions, Attitude, and beliefs.You have it. Those of you who knowingly defended wrong and you all know who you are.Your the ones who will be singled out one by one.Then you will deny and Lie and Twist to save your own skin. How many people have you crushed and destroyed? Do you care? I care. My Heart goes out to all who have fell to your Illegal Practices. This is America and we will not tolerate this type of activity from are very own Banking System. How dare you mock the very laws that protect us and say to yourself who could stop us. We will hide behind are Lawyers and Fictious Names and make lots of money to defend are wrongfull ways. You think nobody can see you!How dare you defend yourselfs with wrong. The crimes that have been committed are disgusting and I have proof and you still will laugh and deny it.How do you think you will be able to compensate all of us as victims?Or do you think nothing has been done wrong and we are all just stupid people making up the story of Lies. The damage you have caused in my own family has been so bad I feel I have aged twenty years. How are you going to pay us for your Acts of evil. Evildoers, This Preisident, I believe listens to the Americans who are under attack as well as the Gov. of the Great State of California. I know this because I have asked him. By the way I just want to say that all the other Evildoers that profited by way of Ocwen Bank, We hold you accountable too. So as I said before I will not stop nor will I rest until Ocwen Bank is not able to hurt and cause great pain to anyone again. I will write write write.

Has anyone seen what HUD sold their Loan to Ocwen for. Take a close look and see what a deal HUD made on your loan.They more than likely gave Ocwen Bank a Great deal like below what was owed. I think all who have HUD as a servicer got screwed by them as well as Ocwen.
