OCWEN Bank ripoffs, This company definately knows how to take your money!
I just spent a great deal of time on the phone with two customer service representative with this company. I asked for a payoff quote and to be given the figure verbally so that I didn't have to wait 20 days to pay this loan off. What a hassle.
The first person took my info and said no problem. I was then passed to an automated phone that eventually cut me off. The second person told me they do not give verbal quotes for legal reasons. I asked him "what law prohibited him from doing that"? Of course, knowing the answer already, he replied with "not real sure". So I asked again, "do you have a legal reason why you can not give me a verbal quote"? His response was "yes, the law states that we have 30 days legally to get you a quote". I asked again "What Law?". He didn't know. He then moved to some internal policy. Basically, they are just concerned about making money and treating customers like dirt.
All they seem to care about is you paying them monthly, pay their interest, deal with them on their terms. They are definately not somebody I would have ever opened up an account with. Too bad my existing bank sold to such uncooperative arrogant people. Do not invest with this company if you feel the same way I do.

No response from Customer Service but a quick response from Invester Relations!

I emailed their Customer Service department and their Investor Relations department. With in 24 Hours the Investor Relations got back with me. Still no response from the Customer Service. Sure do know where there interests are!!!! They sure do have the act together in getting your money, not much good at telling you anything about the status of your account!
