You have come through as usual my friend. Now lets all start writing. Hopefully , we can get the attorney generals office to show a real enterest in Erby and his cronies in crime. After all Ocwen has more one hundred times the complaints as New Century did when they obtained the attorney interest in themselfs. He must be much brighter than the clowns at Ocwen by far,

Judge Whaley works in the Eastern District of Washington. The Century Mortgage case was tried in Spokane. I made an assumption (possibly erroneous) that Attorney Jacobs works in the US Attorney's Office in Spokane. It would at least be a starting point for your search. Here is the contact info for that office: U.S. Attorney's Office Eastern District of Washington PO Box 1494 Spokane, WA 992101494 (509) 3532767 Fax: (509) 3532766 Happy hunting!

(March 8, 2005) -- U.S. District Judge Robert Whaley has sentenced four former owners of Century Mortgage for a scheme in which they bilked homeowners, mostly first-time buyers with poor credit, out of an estimated $1 million from 1997 through 2000. The sentences ranged from 60 days in jail and three years' probation for a closing officer to five years in prison for co-owner Dale Gibbons, who was convicted last summer on 16 counts of wire fraud. The conspiracy entailed a number of people buying homes for substantially more than market value, then having to later deal with exorbitant balloon payments, high interest rates, and ultimately foreclosure and even bankruptcy. "The defendants turned the American dream of owning a home into the American nightmare," said Assistant U.S. Attorney George Jacobs. Source: Seattle Post-Intelligencer (03/07/05) This may hit Southern California around mid year. The last time I checked Century Mortgage had only ten complaints posted here compared to Ocwen's 1017. I suggest that everyone who has had problems with Ocwen contact Assistant U.S. Attorney George Jacobs ASAP. Good Luck!

The City of Philadelphia are just as bad as Ocwen. For a unknown reason the city WILL NOT look into the property tax fraud, along with illegal sale 3-04 of our house that Ocwen forclosed on. Ocwen and their dishonest lawyer, fudged court documents, slapped a clearly Fake/Fraud judgment against us. Now the house is beingt rented out. Could not be sold due to MAJOR settlement damage from being built on a creek/ land fill. City L&I records show Ocwen is owner and is collecting the rent. City records show another name from Ocwen...Is MY HUSBANDS NAME as landlord! To forward all taxes from the time Ocwen took over to my husband! City Insp General Office LOL and will do NOTHING to investigate or correct this Fake information! Is there still a class action law suit? Please someone advise? Legal aid could care less, just like this city! And the TAX Cheats Ocwen are collecting a rent with their dirty broker and sticking us with the taxes! I did send proof to the City of Phila but they didnt act on the proof of ownership! Where is the IRS when you need them?
