Felix Ma will steal your money October 2016 I sent $3400.00 for 6 Apple iphones and then after he got my money he claims there is a tariff tax in China. He will steal your money.
He will send you a fake China license and a fake customs form
Hong Kong is NOT a port of China. Although Hong Kong is part of CHina, it is a Special Administrative Region with separate legal, governing system:for instance, Hong Kong is a free trade port, and China has heavy sales tax and VAT. If shipment can leave China and reach Hond Kong, it has already exported and Hong Kong customs has no reason detaining the shipment. Unless Hong Kong customs does see this document,they will confiscate the shipment. Because the document is too obviously fake.
