I Called 12/30/2015 to order lasers, signed contract regarding same, paid 20K and was told the rest would be financed. Company MIA now. Peter Gill Sales & Marketing Off Lease Only Medical Equipment OffLeaseONLYmedical.com Cosmetic Laser Specialist 470-277-1675 was the contact info for the rep who set up deal for my purchase of 2 lasers One an Evo 810 diode new 2016 unit, 1 year/ 5 million pulse warranty, with all attachments that come with device to use it properly as well as a Lumenis One Platform with universal handpiece, full set of filters, ND YAG, software dongly, cords etc with a 6 month warranty for parts and labor and a Dermapen with 20 tips as well as glasses, laser signs and promotional material for Evo.The total for both devices was 44,500. I made a down payment of 20K leaving 23,500 to be financed at which point Peter passes me on to: (((REDACTED))) Frontier Companies Bass Management LLC ePayment America Merchant Services Office (201)645-1226 Mobile (929)238-1673 Fax (201)591-9799 During financing part I was told my credit score was way below what I know it is and that he was trying to get things worked out. Long story short, I have not heard from either in terms of delivery, financing or what is going on after supplying all my banking info.My facility is expecting these lasers by the 11th and I can't even get a callback. I've notified my bank that I think I got ripped off big time and to work back the 20K. When I called the finance guy at one point asking about the financial stuff, he very curtly says "Don't get crazy here! We'll take care of it", and was super rude. Peter seemed very nice, but now doesn't seem to care. I called the main office today to find out serial numbers of the lasers, which I still have not received. I also asked about what kind of outlets I needed for the IPL and Sophia said I need to "google" it. I said " NO. YOU need to Google it. That's called customer service". Very frustrated and going to look pretty bad for me if these lasers are a "no-show" as well as getting my money back which my bank assures me will not be an issue, even if the guy cashed the check as the legalities could get him in huge trouble. Very frustrated and just want WHAT I was promised and on the Date it was promised 1/11/2016. At this point super disappointed and plan to contact Fl Attorney General and a possible scamming business.

Again, from previous reports, this company promises the moon and stars and once they get your money~poof! Still don't have other laser per purchase agreement and had to shut down business. I want my money back plus loss of revenue, plus damages for having to close my business down dur to them not delivering equipment that would have generated revenue to keep business going.

I am having continued issues with this company. I have filed complaints with the State's Atorney General as well as BBB. They are investigating the many complaints against this company at this time. I have had nothing but problems with them since purchase of lasers and would not advise anyone to purchase from them. When I initially purchased, I did not receive my lasers, until after I filed a BBB report and a complaint on here. It was only then that the company contacted me and stated that if I removed the complaint, that they would ship my lasers~extortion tactic? I finally get my lasers, 2 months after purchase, with no manuals or instruction on how to use either. The IPL laser did not work. Rep said it was the head. I sent head back to be replaced. It took another 2 months to get head back which did not work. I basically missed the season for doing laser treatments, becuase of their delay in delivery and non-working laser. I was then told to send back the entire IPL laser and that it would be replaced with a different laser which still has not happened. Rep told me the only way he would send laser, that was in purchase agreement, was if I removed my complaints with State's Attorney and BBB as I filed a new complaint for breech of contract. It is 8 months later, and I still do not have a working IPL laser in my business. The loss of revenue do to this company's breech of contract and delay in delivery in incalculable and has definetly affected my launch of a start-up aesthetic business, to the tune of possibly having to close down. I have had to reschedule IPL and probably lost numerous clients for this service, as I do not have this laser as promised. I have asked for a full refund, the laser and now the company/rep just hangs up when I call. I am hoping that the State's Attorney will compile all of the complaints and losses to consumers and file a class action lawsuit and put this company out of business for their fraudulant business dealings. I was also threatened by the first rep, when I told him I was going to refile with State's Attorney and BBB. I was told he would "come at me 10 times harder". I did/do not know if that is a personal/physical threat or a threat to say bad things about my business. He was also very rude and verbally abusive, at which time I requested a different rep, whose name is Carlos Santana? Alias? IDK, but seemed charming in the beginning, but still no IPL laser. They string you along, do not deliver what is promised and basically rip you off. Again, had I know then what I know now about this company, I never would have purchased ANYTHING from them. There are much more reputable companies out there with great BBB ratings. Do your homework before you invest in lasers, but my advice would be to stay away from this company. BTW, they keep changing their name, so be careful. I saw where one person had a loss of $250,000, but many others have lost money and usually end up in court to get what this company promises. Here is a list of consumers who have complaints: https://offleaselaserripoff.wordpress.com/complaints-2/ http://www.pissedconsumer.com/tag/off-lease-laser.html There are other complaints on here as well.

Please remove (((REDACTED))) name from this complaint as I only recently learned that he is a third party in this and was only responsible for financing. He is not an employee of Off Lease Lasers and would not want him to appear falsely accused of something he was not a party to.

Since complaint, both parties have been in contact with me in addressing my concerns. A revised contract has been made that is very agreeable and Peter Gill has apologized for not being in communication as he was travelling. He has assured me that I will receive lasers on time as described. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone reassuring me that my concerns will/have been resolved.
(((REDACTED))) is not in partnership with the company, but rather a third party which was not understood by me during time of purchase. He had nothing to do with the 20K, but rather the financing end of residual cost of lasers.
I have spoke with both of them today and believe they are both on the up and up after speaking with them.
Should anything change during the process of purchase, I will update at that time.

Tried again and again to contact someone today. One phone number now not working, front desk person, who said his name was "Bearnie" stated they would be sending me an email. No email. No emails back from the rep or finance guy. I plan to send all documentation to police department tomorrow to begin an investigation for fraud regarding this company. I also intend to file a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission as well as Florida's State's Attorney especially after reading this complaint from another "customer", (victim) of Off Lease Lasers:
Complaint
I own a clinic, Aesthetic Solutions Inc. (hereafter Company) that provides cosmetic laser treatments. I was in a need to purchase a new laser hair removal unit. In June 2015 I spoke to Carlos Santana, aka Carlos Henao from Off Lease Laser( hereafter Seller), and decided to purchase The Apogee and Zimmer ( hereafter Equipment) for $27,000 for which I was required to send a bank wire in advance. I wired $27,000 to Seller on 06/30/2015 according to Purchase Agreement from 06/29/2015 by Carlos Henao (have proof from my bank). Seller confirmed that my purchased equipment will be crated and pick up was scheduled for June 8th (email evidence from Seller). Shipping was organized by Diversified Transportation Services (hereafter broker ) and was to be executed by Old Dominion (hereafter Carrier)On June 9th Seller confirmed to me that Equipment is shipped and even gave me the Load #: (1166395 with Carrier). Since that day the Carrier has attempted to pick up my equipment 3 times on 7/9, 7/10 and 7/13 and each time were given different excuses why the shipment could not be released by Seller (all documented by Carrier). Both Broker and Carrier have made several attempts to contact the Seller, but they have stopped answering the calls. I paid $27000 for Equipment and have not received anything yet. After endless excuses, promises about why the Equipment hasn't shipped yet (all documented), Seller has stopped answering calls and email all-together and has even changed its phone number listed on their website (used: XXX-XXX-XXXX , new: (XXX) XXX-XXXX Equipment which I have paid for and trying to get shipped is still listed for sale via Sellers website: http://www.cosmeticlasersonly.com/detail.php?id=XXXXXSeller Contacts as follow: Carlos Santana aka Carlos Henao, David Munoz, Stefania Henao ****@offleaselaser.com, ********@offleaselaser.com (XXX) XXX-XXXX (this comes from another website they own from which I made my initial contact)Please also see the other numerous complaints about the Seller: (((REDACTED)))(((REDACTED)))http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/off-lease-laser/-miami-fl-florida-XXXXX/off-lease-laser-david-stern-sent-my-laser-in-for-repair-owner-sold-it-to-another-custome-1199977Ferdie Patam from Diversified Transportation Services (Broker) C: XXX-XXX-XXXX can confirm the truthfulness of my complaint and supply you with the logs of the Carrier pickup attempts.I already have contacted a Law Office located in Florida to start preparing the case. I will be filing the case with our local Police Department later this week. As soon as I receive the case number I will file the complaint with Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General's office of consumer affairs in Florida.

This person's dealings with Off Lease Laser is nearly exactly what I have experienced. It's so sad to know that there are people out there who take advantage of those of us who are just trying to get equipment to make a living. It doesn't look like they resolved anything with her, so now she is 27K poorer, has to go through the hassle of trying to get her money back, not to mention the revenue she lost in the process. The sales guy was certainly a smooth talker and made me believe he was being truthful. The nicest way to put my experience with this company is that they are shady. Stay away from them and save yourself a lot of money and headache. This has been a horrible experience and has taken a huge chunk out of family budget. I don't know how I am going to pay my bills now...
