"Instant delivery" on World of Warcraft time cards are displayed, however, after completing an odd amount of "verification" methods (e.g. cellphone verification) and having your credit card charged, the order is placed in a limbo of sorts, or "Pending."
I sent an email to support and did not receive a response for hours. I then joined "live chat" and after waiting another 10 minutes or so, finally got the response that my order was to be processed. Here is the chat log:
Alwi A.: Hello, thank you for contacting OffGamers live support. How may I help you today?
Me: I was told the delivery for my game card would be instant
Me: It has been hours
Alwi A.: Please hold one moment
Me: Ok
Alwi A.: Thank you Sir for waiting , we will process your order now and will be completed within 5 minutes
I wouldn't say this website is a "scam," but I would definitely say buyer beware. There is absolutely a disturbing amount of false advertising happening here. Also, seeing that the website is located internationally, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a lack of back end security and credit card information is at risk of being stolen by identity thieves.
